I have developed an enterprise system to predict employee attrition and identify key factors such as satisfaction, workload and salary. Using Excel, PowerBI and Knime, I built an interactive dashboard with predictive insights, enabling HR professionals to create effective retention strategies, reduce turnover and strengthen workforce stability through data-driven decisions.
