Motor vehicle accidents remain a major issue across Australia and globally. They continue to cause thousands of injuries, deaths and massive financial losses every year. This project will focus on a deeper analysis of motor vehicle accident data to uncover links between crash frequency and factors such as road type, time of day, traffic flow, speed limits, vehicle count, alcohol use, road conditions and importantly, the type and brand of vehicle involved.
