My major project, a Data Monitoring System, detects players involved in suspicious activities by verifying their identities, tracking their transactional history, and monitoring the duration that users spend in the Casino. This system will provide an analytical report to the manager to make informed decisions and comply with government regulations to maximise profit and enhance customer satisfaction through individualised customer service.
