For my Year 12 major work, I made a featured angle desk through its legs, drawer unit and handles. I used the combination of Jarrah and Tasmanian Oak in order to play with the contrast between a light and dark timber. I personalised this desk with the symbols of my boarding house and made it able to be taken apart to transport home.
