Dusk to Dawn: A Journey Through Ramadan

Artform: Drawing

In "Dusk to Dawn: A Journey Through Ramadan" I explore the spiritual depth of Ramadan through the lens of the Iftaar ritual and Indian cuisine. The work delves into the experience of fasting as both a physical act and a spiritual cleanse, using symbols and patterns inspired by Islamic art. Traditional dishes symbolise faith, identity, and shared humanity. The exhibition, comprising nine vivid drawings, captures the essence of family, tradition, and unity. It aims to bridge cultural divides, highlighting the universal experiences that bind us.
