Tagged Histories: Circle 8 Genetic Phenotyping

This series honours the life and labour of Circle 8, a genetic feedlot specialising in Wagyu and Angus cattle. Mono prints of cattle tags form the foundation, layered with laser-etched imagery and delicate rice paper prints of equipment used in collecting genetic material. Through these tactile overlays, the works merge agricultural precision with personal tribute, capturing the unique rhythms, tools and identities that shape life on the farm.
